A: Yes, safety boxes are available in every room.

Q3: Is pick-up service from Kansai International Airport to the hotel available? 
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide shuttle bus services at our hotel. You can take the airport shuttle bus at Kansai International Airport that goes to Namba OCAT (about 15 minute walk from the hotel).

Q4: What is the best way to get to the hotel if I arrive at Kansai International Airport late at night?

A: Take the airport shuttle at Kansai International Airport that goes to Namba OCAT (about 15 minute walk from the hotel). The last departure time of the airport shuttle at Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 is 10:55 p.m. The last departure time of airport shuttle at Kansai International Airport Terminal 2 is 10:40 p.m.

A: Yes, we can call you a taxi from the front desk. Taxis also frequently pass through the road in front of our main entrance.

Q8: What equipment/appliances are available to rent?

A: Mobile chargers, adapters (Chinese, Korean), nail clippers, thermometers, and dishes are available for rent. As the quantity of the items are limited, please check with the front desk for more details.

Q9: Is cake available for anniversaries and birthdays?

A: Yes, one cake costs 3,300 yen. The two flavors you can choose from are chocolate and milk. Please contact the front desk for more information.

Q10: Is champagne/wine available at the hotel?

A: Yes. Moet & Chandon Brut champagne is 12,000 yen per bottle. Terranoble Chardonnay (white wine) is 3,200 yen per bottle. St. Hallett Tatiara Cabernet Sauvignon (red wine) is 3,200 yen. Please contact the front desk for more information.

A: Unfortunately, we cannot assist with restaurant reservations from our hotel guests before check-in.
